A port may have strong cybersecurity controls and still be vulnerable as a community. The real test is what happens when something goes wrong. If a terminal, shipping line, truck-management platform or port technology provider is compromised, how quickly will the rest of the port know, and can the port still move cargo tomorrow morning?
