Aditya Birla Capital to enter gold loan market, target 1,000 branches

Aditya Birla Capital will enter India’s competitive gold loan market with 200-300 dedicated branches by March 2027, followed by a target of around 1,000 branches over three years. The move comes after Tata Capital and Godrej Capital entered the segment, as diversified non-bank lenders expand secured lending portfolios.
