Nigerian tech firm offers 10% commission to expand workforce SaaS
Radiant diGiLog is leveraging a performance-based partner model to accelerate adoption of its AI-powered productivity platform among African and international SMEs.
Nigerian technology company Radiant diGiLog has launched a referral partner programme that pays a 10% commission on first-year subscription revenue to drive customer acquisition for its workforce management software. The performance-based scheme targets human resource professionals, accountants, consultants and technology partners, leveraging their established corporate networks to secure new business.
The programme is designed to market an AI-powered platform the company introduced in June to consolidate attendance tracking, task execution and performance reporting. The software is already operational across multiple markets, including Nigeria, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Uganda and Canada.
This commercial push targets a persistent operational bottleneck for small and medium-sized enterprises. Developed in Nigeria, the platform is built to replace traditional, error-prone manual methods such as paper logs, spreadsheet tracking and chaotic WhatsApp groups that many businesses use to monitor remote or field staff.
Radiant diGiLog is specifically targeting companies managing 10 or more people, a scale where informal communication tools typically break down. The system logs every task assigned, due, and completed, compiling an objective historical record of employee performance over time.
"Because diGilog logs every task assigned, due, and completed, it builds an unbiased performance record over time," said Tayo Babatunde, chief executive officer of Radiant diGiLog. "A manager can pull 12 months of data and see objectively, who consistently delivers and who consistently falls behind."
The partner model is structured to minimise the operational burden on external referrers. Radiant diGiLog manages the full customer engagement process, handling product demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, training and ongoing support internally. Referral partners are restricted to identifying suitable organisations and making credible introductions to generate their commission.
For the broader economy, the rollout reflects a wider shift in how African businesses are approaching digital transformation. Nigerian enterprises are increasingly prioritising digital tools to reduce manual processes and gain clearer insights into operational discipline.
Healthcare providers, mobile workforces and growing SMEs are identified as primary candidates for the software. "As businesses grow, maintaining visibility across teams, locations and daily operations becomes more challenging," Babatunde said. "Radiant diGiLog was created to help businesses work smarter, improve accountability and support sustainable growth."
