Vedanta Oil & Gas shares dip 4% despite becoming profitable in Q1

Vedanta Oil & Gas shares fell despite the company reporting a sharp turnaround in Q1 FY27, posting a consolidated net profit of Rs 945 crore against losses in both the year-ago and previous quarters. Revenue rose 8.5% YoY to Rs 2,507 crore, even as the company recorded an exceptional loss of Rs 441 crore during the quarter.
