Varun Beverages reported a 15% profit and 20% revenue increase in Q1 FY2027. Consolidated sales volumes grew by nearly 20% driven by India and international markets. Gross margins expanded while depreciation and finance costs rose due to acquisitions. The company also announced a strategic alliance to introduce the Calpis brand. A second interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share was approved by the board.
