TBZ shares zoom 20%, hit upper circuit after GRT Jewellers open offer

TBZ shares surged 20% to hit the upper circuit after GRT Jewellers announced an open offer as part of a deal to acquire control of the jewellery retailer. GRT will buy a 74.12% promoter stake for up to Rs 1,033.71 crore, while the open offer covers the remaining 25.88% stake.
