hVIVO PLC (AIM:HVO) has bought a Berlin clinical research unit for just €250,000 upfront. Most of the price is tied to future revenue, keeping the deal self-funding.

Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC (AIM:LST, FRA:9FD) says a new £800 million procurement framework signals the UK building remediation market is picking up. The framework will be open to housing associations, local authorities, NHS bodies, emergency services, schools and universities.
