Tata Power shares slide 4% after company loses $490 million arbitration challenge in Singapore. What's the case about?

Tata Power shares tumbled after the Singapore International Commercial Court dismissed the company’s challenge to a $490 million arbitration award in favour of Kleros Capital Partners over a Russian coal project dispute. Tata Power plans to appeal the ruling, with the company having 28 days to approach the Singapore Court of Appeal.
