Mold-Tek Packaging board approves 1:1 bonus issue, Rs 3 final dividend

Mold-Tek Packaging’s board has approved a 1:1 bonus issue and recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per share for FY26. Under the proposal, shareholders will receive one bonus share of Rs 5 face value for every share held. The company will announce the record date later, while the dividend will be declared at its annual general meeting.
