Lenskart Solutions shares in focus after $300 million block deal; Softbank Vision Fund likely seller

Lenskart Solutions shares will be in focus Monday after SoftBank Vision Fund II Lightbulb Cayman reportedly launched a block deal to sell up to a 2.6% stake for around $300 million. The floor price is set at Rs 635 per share, a 4% discount to Friday’s close. The seller will face a 45-day lock-up on any residual stake sale.
