L&T buys over 2 cr units of Nxt-Infra Trust for Rs 199 cr

Larsen & Toubro made a strategic move by purchasing over two crore units of Nxt-Infra Trust for Rs 199 crore via an open market transaction on the NSE. Additionally, A K Capital Finance disposed of more than two crore units of the same trust. This Sebi-registered InvIT, supported by Actis Highway Infra Ltd, saw a substantial rise in share price following the infrastructure powerhouse's acquisition.
