In corporate news, Resilient Asset Management B.V., the promoter entity of Vijay Shekhar Sharma, is expected to offload up to a 4.98 percent stake in One97 Communications Ltd. The block deal involves the parent company of the Paytm brand and may influence near-term trading volumes for the stock.
Leadership changes are also underway at Airtel Payments Bank. Sunil Bharti Mittal will step down as Non-Executive Chairman and resign from the board effective September 30, marking a significant transition for the digital banking unit.
