Bain Capital sells 5.64% unitholding in Embassy Office Parks REIT for Rs 2,325 crore

Bain Capital recently sold a 5.64% stake in Embassy Office Parks REIT for Rs 2,325 crore, offloading more than 53 million units. In response, Embassy REIT is gearing up to purchase between ten to twelve million square feet of additional office space, while also developing 6.2 million square feet of new office environments. The company celebrated a 17% yearly growth in net operating income, highlighting its strong performance.
