Sensex Today | Nifty 50 | Stock Market Live Updates: The Indian stock market extended losses on Monday, with Sensex falling for a second straight session and the Nifty declining for the fifth consecutive session, although the benchmark indices sharply recovered from intraday lows.

The six listed REITs, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Nexus Select Trust, Knowledge Realty Trust and Bagmane Prime Office REIT, had gross assets under management of more than Rs 3.17 lakh crore as of June end.

Horizon Industrial Parks, a logistics infrastructure developer, plans to raise ₹2,600 crore through a fresh issue, with proceeds earmarked for debt repayment and general corporate purposes. The promoter group’s stake is expected to decline to 75.4% from 88.7% post-IPO.

The company develops and leases large warehouses and industrial facilities, with its top four cities contributing nearly four-fifths of total revenue. Around 43% of revenue comes from its top 10 customers, indicating a relatively high customer concentration. Horizon Industrial Parks is yet to turn profitable, while its debt is expected to decline following the IPO.

The primary market is gearing up for another busy week, with seven mainboard IPOs and two SME issues set to open, aiming to raise around ₹7,100 crore. Last week, five mainboard IPOs and eight SME offerings hit the market, collectively raising ₹7,900 crore.

In other corners of the market, futures contracts for the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq 100 Index advanced, after the underlying gauges slipped Friday on signs of a slowdown in US consumer spending.
