Svatantra Microfin files draft papers for Rs 3,000 crore IPO

Svatantra Microfin has submitted a proposal seeking approval for a ₹3,000 crore initial public offering (IPO). The plan includes a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore alongside a ₹1,500 crore offer for sale. Notably, major investors Advent International and Multiples will diminish their stakes. The funds raised are intended to bolster the company’s capital and facilitate its growth objectives, with assets under management reported at ₹21,093 crore by March 2026.
