Palantir Signs Enterprise Deals With Rackspace, SNP SE, GNP Seguros

Palantir Technologies is accelerating its commercial expansion by securing three separate enterprise agreements this week targeting regulated industries and new geographic markets.

Palantir Technologies announced three separate commercial partnerships this week, signaling a push to expand its artificial intelligence platforms into tightly regulated industries and new geographic markets. The agreements, struck with Rackspace, SNP SE, and GNP Seguros between July 7 and July 9, 2026, target sectors where data sovereignty and security are paramount.

The largest of the deals is a new operating model framework with Rackspace designed to help sovereign and regulated enterprises run AI in production. Delivered through Rackspace’s private and sovereign cloud infrastructure, the offering combines Palantir’s Foundry and AIP platforms with Rackspace’s managed operations. The framework is tailored for healthcare, financial institutions, and energy operators that cannot transfer data across borders.

Rackspace has built significant capacity for the rollout, securing approximately 400 Palantir certifications across its sales, engineering, and delivery teams. This includes a global cohort of Palantir-certified forward-deployed engineers. Furthermore, Rackspace is deploying Foundry and AIP across more than 70% of its own back-office operations under its Rackspace OneOS program.

In Europe, Palantir partnered with German firm SNP SE to automate test data identification within SNP’s Kyano platform. The partnership was announced at SNP’s Transformation World event in Heidelberg. Their initial joint solution, Test Data Proposal, automates the identification of relevant test data for customer test cases.

The third agreement marks Palantir’s first publicly announced commercial customer in Latin America. Mexican insurer GNP Seguros signed an enterprise expansion agreement to use Palantir Foundry and AIP. The company is deploying the software to detect claims fraud, monitor risk, and improve its underwriting processes.

These contracts illustrate a deliberate strategy by Palantir to diversify its revenue base beyond its traditional roots building software for counterterrorism investigations in the US and UK intelligence communities. By pairing its software with localized infrastructure providers like Rackspace, Palantir can navigate strict data residency laws without requiring clients to compromise on security.

For investors, the rapid succession of commercial deals highlights the company's ongoing efforts to monetize its AI platforms across global enterprise markets. Securing a foothold in Latin America through GNP Seguros, while deepening enterprise integration in Europe and North America, provides a clearer picture of Palantir's commercial growth trajectory outside of government contracts.
