Transgaz-Argent LNG MOU advances US gas route to Central and Eastern Europe

Romania’s national natural gas transmission system operator (TSO) Transgaz has deepened its U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) ties through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Argent LNG, a U.S.-based LNG export developer headquartered in Louisiana, in a push to diversify regional energy supply by building a bridge between the U.S. Gulf Coast LNG and European markets.
