Ather Energy shares zoom 18% after Q1 results. Why is it Nomura's top 2-wheeler pick?

Ather Energy shares rose sharply on Tuesday after the electric two-wheeler maker sharply narrowed its June-quarter loss and reported strong revenue growth with positive EBITDA. Nomura retained its Buy rating, raised the target price to Rs 1,714, and kept Ather as its top electric two-wheeler pick, citing improving margins, scale and long-term growth prospects.
