Alpha Alternatives buys 4 road assets worth Rs 7,500 crore

Alpha Alternatives has acquired four operational road assets valued at approximately ₹7,500 crore. These assets were purchased from Ap Co Infratech, KCC Buildcon, and Welspun Group. The fund has now invested in twenty-five road projects across nine states and one Union Territory. This expansion highlights growing investor interest in de-risked transport infrastructure assets. The acquired assets will create long-term value for stakeholders due to their residual concession life.
