Xtranet Technologies Opens Rs 166.8 Crore IPO Targeting IT Infrastructure Growth

Indian IT services provider Xtranet Technologies has launched a Rs 166.8 crore initial public offering to fund working capital and debt reduction, drawing early grey market interest amid strong recent earnings growth.

Xtranet Technologies opened its initial public offering today, seeking to raise Rs 166.8 crore through a fresh issue of 1.31 crore equity shares. The company set the price band at Rs 120 to Rs 127 per share, with shares slated for listing on the BSE and NSE by July 30.

The entirely fresh issue means no existing shareholders are cashing out, directing all capital toward corporate expansion and balance sheet strengthening. Early grey market indicators suggest constructive sentiment, with shares trading at an approximate 10 percent premium to the upper price band, though such unofficial metrics remain volatile.

Investor interest is underpinned by the company’s recent financial performance. For the fiscal year 2026, total income surged 32 percent year-on-year to Rs 366.01 crore, up from Rs 276.53 crore in FY25.

Profitability metrics also showed marked improvement during the same period. Profit after tax climbed 36 percent to Rs 40.73 crore, while EBITDA expanded to Rs 63.18 crore from Rs 47.20 crore a year earlier.

At the top of the price band, Xtranet Technologies commands a pre-IPO market capitalisation of Rs 664.03 crore. The company plans to allocate Rs 102 crore of the raised funds to working capital requirements and Rs 21.99 crore toward retiring existing borrowings.

An additional Rs 7.30 crore is earmarked for capital expenditure to upgrade systems and hardware. The residual amount will be reserved for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2002, the firm operates as an integrated IT solutions provider. Its portfolio spans digital transformation, cloud computing, managed services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.

The company delivers services through fixed-price contracts, time-and-material engagements, and recurring agreements. A substantial portion of its revenue is derived from government departments and public sector enterprises, providing a stable client base.

Xtranet also markets proprietary platforms, including the low-code digital transformation tool Synergy and the security solution XtraTrust. As of April 30, 2026, the organization employed 504 permanent staff to support its Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Software-as-a-Service offerings.
